charming stay at a classic hotel
central location complimentary drinks helpful staff
the location was a major highlight for me (it is close to everything, really). i found the 24-hour lounge with complimentary drinks to be very useful after long days. the staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for local spots.
the bathtub was a bit high, making it slightly difficult to get in and out.

a fair STAY
convenient location food selection dated furniture poor insulation
the location was quite convenient, situated close TO many attractions. the breakfast had a good selection of items, i found something to eat each morning. it's a positive aspect.
The room felt somewhat dated, with some wear visible ON the furniture. also, sound insulation wasn't great. Noise from the hallway was often audible, so it was a real problem.

complimentary tea super staff wonderful breakfast hotel charm
i enjoyed the complimentary tea plus coffee, a really nice touch. the staff was super accommodating. the service was beyond expectations. breakfast was wonderful with plenty choices, i loved this place and its charm!
the parking was located behind the hotel and had no direct access to the hotel.

the hotel location is central plus convenient. the hotel is near the red tour buses pick up and a metro station. designer shops are nearby if you are interested in that.

Fantastic Stay!!!
helpful staff immaculate family room superb location
I found the staff helpful and happy. My family room was super clean and spacious, a real treat. I loved the comfy beds with their beautiful white bedding. The hotel's location is superb. It is on a quiet street but it is still a short walk to everything you need. I totally recommend it!

My room was a great size and featured climate controls that worked perfectly. This was a BIG plus! The bathroom included generous counter space and very nice, roomy, clean spaces. The provided amenities were quite good too. I liked them.

Breakfast was abundant, with many choices available. I found it really excellent. I was happy they offered everything. Coffee was wonderful, and the complimentary wine and port tasting in the evenings was a real treat. The food was AMAZING!!!
